The Ferris Family

I spent my Saturday with the Ferris Family. We had so much fun at the factory just hanging out, by the end of the shoot I felt like I had known them my whole life. The kids were so sweet and they were really great! Here are a few of my favorites.

Sometimes You Just Need a Break

To say that last weekend was difficult is an understatement! My family has had quite the stressful week, and I would like to ask anyone reading this to please keep my father-in-law, Hal, in your prayers. I was glad to have photography as a distraction last weekend, and met with a wonderful sweet family! The Tant family was so great the hour I spent chasing after their two year old gave me some much needed exercise and, and a much needed break! Thank you for so much for your kindness!

The Shellabargers

    I had so much fun just playing around with the little one I keep. The tree in the neighbor's yard was just too beautiful and he is just too cute so we went outside for a little photography session. It was almost nap time so the paci was our best friend, but you can see his smile behind the paci!

The DuRall Family

    I had the best time Sunday with the sweetest family! Erica and Lucas were given this session as a gift. He is just the sweetest thing I could just eat him up! I am so excited for them to see the pictures i just love  little babies! 

The Cagle Family

     I love working with children, but i also LOVE being able to tell someone to move this way or that and actually having them follow directions. Don't misunderstand me here, children offer so much unexpected fun, but sometimes it is fun to just pose the shot. Well, I worked with a really sweet family on Saturday and got so many great shots! I really wanted to post all of them, but  I had to edit myself extensively!! here are a few of my absolute favorites!

The McMullen Family

I had a wonderful time early Saturday Morning with the McMullen Family!! We went to the Ellington Agriculture center. They have the most adorable, sweet children. I had such a hard time picking which pictures to share, but here are a few of my favorites!

The Shellabarger Family

        I had so much fun over the weekend with the Shellabarger family!! We spent the morning at Gentry farm. I enjoyed the awesome fall weather and took a ton of pictures. I am so blessed to know this amazing family. They are so wonderful to Benton and me; and I get to spend everyday with the sweetest 15month old I know. Thank you Sam and Monica for the past year, you all mean so much to me. I couldn't work for a more amazing family.

The Guthrie Family

Whew my days are getting crazy! I had a great time getting to photograph my good friend Courtney's adorable boys!! We originally planned to go to the zoo but when we got there it had closed so we made a quick change to agriculture center in Crieve Hall. Here are just a few of my favorites!

Glen Leven Fall Fest

I had an amazing time today at the Glen Leven Fall Fest! I was asked by a friend of mine to come and take pictures  and pass out some business cards. The weather was great and all the proceeds went to restoring the mansion. There was fresh squeezed lemonade, hot dogs, kettle corn, hayrides, pony rides, and tours of the mansion and grounds. The house was built in the mid-1800's and was left to the Tennessee Land Trust. It is so beautiful!  Read more about it here... http://www.landtrusttn.org/news_detail.html
